Use and Care: Unscrew the match and pour the lighter fuel (Not included) from top. Put the match inside and let wick soak up the fuel. Unscrew after some time and strike it along the black stone on the top of ashtray.
For the first time use, strike several times to remove the protective layering on the stone. After that it will become easy to ignite.
Please extinguish the fire within 10 seconds otherwise the cotton wick will be destroyed.

The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective.
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product.
The item(s) is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

If your exchange is accepted, you can return it to us at no extra cost and your new product will be shipped to you on same day at no extra cost.

Cigarette grooves must be deeper, and longer in length. Cigarettes otherwise keep falling outwards, if rested on these small but wide grooves. Also, make grooves tighter (narrower) to grip cigarettes better. And ashtray must be heavier. Match, still trying to get it work effectively.
